Privacy and cookies
In short: this website uses no cookies, does not track visitors and collects no data. We only receive personal data when you call us, write to us or join the Coffee Club.

Server logs
Our hosting provider automatically records technical data on each visit (IP address, time, requested page, browser type). It is used only for security and to keep the site running, and is deleted after a short time.
Bookings and email
When you call or write to us, we use your name and contact details only to reply, take a booking or arrange private hire. We keep messages as long as needed for the arrangement, and invoices as long as the law requires.
Coffee Club
Membership requires your name, surname, member number and contact. We use this data only to run your membership and keep it for up to 12 months after the membership ends.
Links to social networks
The site has plain links to Instagram and Facebook, with no embedded plugins. Once you open a link, the rules of that network apply.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to info@jazzpub.si; we reply within 30 days. You can lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si).
